Presbyopia

Presbyopia is a vision condition in which the crystalline lens of your eye loses its flexibility. That makes it difficult to focus on close objects. It is the normal worsening of near vision with age.

It generally starts affecting patients between the ages of forty and fifty when the eyes' lenses tend to thicken and lose flexibility, which causes that near objects begin to appear blurry as they cannot be brought into focus.
